Pannawit Sanitnarathorn (ปัณณวิช สนิทนราทร) serves as the Dean of ABAC School of Music, where he also shares his knowledge as a lecturer, focusing on various aspects of music business, including music marketing, artist management, career pathways within the music industry, genre studies, popular music trends, indie artists, online marketing, and social networking.

Pannawit's academic journey is marked by his dedication to the field. He earned his Ph.D. specialized in Music Business from KMITL and holds two Master's degrees from the University of Liverpool's Institute of Popular Music (in Music Industry Studies) and NIDA (in Communication Arts and Innovation). Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music and Sound from the London College of Music and a Master Certificate in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, along with certificates in Artist Management and Music Marketing from the same institution. His curiosity extends to music technology and production, evident in his pursuit of a Diploma in Audio Engineering from the SAE Institute.

Despite his expertise in music business, Pannawit maintains a humble appreciation for classical music, particularly that of the 18th century. His doctoral thesis centered on digital music distribution and fan behavior while his Master's thesis delved into classical music management, seeking to blend classical music with business strategies to enhance its appeal to wider audiences, particularly in the pop market. Moreover, he holds a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge.

In addition to his academic endeavors, Pannawit has gained practical experience in Thailand's music industry, having worked as a marketing supervisor at GMM Grammy's subsidiary labels and collaborated with the online promotion team at Muzik Move. He also finds joy in performing as a violist with his ensemble "SPiRiTA", showcasing his versatility across styles ranging from classical to pop.
