Piano and Ear Training

Kanjana began her piano class when she was young from Robinson Music School and later studied piano with A. Somboon and A. Janejira Viriyasophon (Professor from Chulalongkorn University) for many years. After she completed Grade VIII from the Trinity College of Music – London, she received her bachelor degree in Piano Performance under the supervision of Professor Tongsuang Israngkun from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.

In 2004, she continued her studies with a Master of Music in Piano Performance at the Illinois State University – ISU, in United States. During her studies, she also worked as a Graduate Assistant in Group Piano and Accompanying under supervision of Dr.Carlyn Morenus.

After she graduated from ISU, she had been teaching as a piano private instructor for a year in California, U.S.A. before coming back to Thailand in 2007.

Currently she is working as a piano instructor in various music institutes, and is a full time lecturer at the Assumption University where she give instructions in Piano performance and Ear Training.
